Responsibilities
- Lead fraud strategy initiatives, set objectives and priorities, and empower frontline teams.
- Evolve processes and systems and implement approved fraud mitigation initiatives.
- Monitor fraud and operational risk metrics and Auto Finance fraud mitigation market trends.
- Build partner relationships and develop responsive support models for the Auto Finance business.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in business planning, fraud strategy development, and operational risk mitigation best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of Auto Finance products and their operational and risk characteristics.
- Experience in product management, strategic planning, and project management.
- Ability to analyze complex fraud and operational risk information and make recommendations.
- Leadership, relationship management, and matrix-organization influence skills.
Work arrangement
- Hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on site and remaining days remote.
