Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and dynamic
Group Marketing Manager
to lead the marketing, branding, and communications efforts across our diverse portfolio of companies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing overarching marketing strategies that align with the group’s commercial objectives, while tailoring specific campaigns for individual business units (B2B and B2C).
This role requires a visionary leader capable of driving brand equity, maximizing customer acquisition and footfall, and leading a high-performing marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop, implement, and oversee the annual group marketing strategy and budget, ensuring alignment with overall business goals across real estate, retail, and entertainment divisions.
- Brand Management:
- Act as the custodian of the group’s corporate identity and its subsidiary brands.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, both offline and online.
- Campaign Management:
- Design and execute integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns to drive footfall to retail and entertainment destinations, and generate high-quality leads for the real estate and services divisions.
• Digital & Performance Marketing
Oversee the group’s digital footprint, including website management, SEO/SEM, social media strategies, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Public Relations & Corporate Communications
Manage external PR agencies, draft press releases, and handle corporate communications to enhance the group's public image and manage crisis communications if necessary.
• Market Research & Analytics
Conduct continuous market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior tracking to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing ROI.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, media partners, creative agencies, and third-party vendors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective deliverables.
- Team Leadership:
- Mentor, lead, and develop a diverse marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
