Overview
This role is suited to a highly analytical and operationally focused professional with a strong background in financial strategy, business performance, and organisational development.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiencies, and supporting long-term business growth across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement group-wide strategic and operational initiatives
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Drive operational improvements and business transformation projects
- Evaluate business performance, market trends, and growth opportunities
- Work closely with senior leadership to support decision-making and long-term planning
- Identify cost optimisation and revenue enhancement opportunities
- Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Support mergers, acquisitions, expansion plans, and investment evaluations where required
- Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and business cases for executive management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- MBA or relevant professional qualification is preferred
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in strategy, operations, financial planning, or business development
- Strong background in corporate strategy, financial analysis, and operational management
- Proven experience working within complex or multi-entity organisations
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- UAE or GCC experience is highly preferred
