As the business continues its international expansion, we are seeking an ambitious Group Financial Controller to join our leadership team in Dubai and help support the next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the CEO in a highly entrepreneurial international business.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the Group's financial reporting, cashflow management and financial controls whilst supporting strategic growth initiatives across multiple international markets.
This role is ideally suited to an ambitious finance professional seeking to develop into a future Finance Director or CFO position.
Key Responsibilitiesfinancial Reporting & Control
- Preparation of monthly management accounts for all Group companies.
- Consolidation of financial information across multiple international entities.
- Preparation of monthly board reporting packs and KPI dashboards.
- Maintenance and improvement of financial controls and reporting processes.
- Coordination of annual audits and statutory reporting requirements.
Cash Flow & Working Capital
- Management of weekly and monthly cashflow forecasts.
- Monitoring of working capital performance.
- Oversight of debtor and creditor reporting.
- Support banking relationships and treasury activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve cash conversion and financial efficiency.
Commercial Finance
- Monitor gross profit margins and project profitability.
- Support commercial teams with financial analysis and reporting.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
- Develop meaningful financial insights to support decision-making.
International Operations
- Support the financial management of the Group's international operations.
- Liaise with external accountants, advisers and banking partners.
- Assist with multi-currency reporting and foreign exchange management.
- Support future international expansion initiatives.
Systems & Process Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement across finance systems and reporting.
- Support the development of management dashboards and business intelligence reporting.
- Ensure finance processes are scalable to support future growth.
About You
- We are seeking a highly motivated individual who combines strong financial discipline with commercial awareness.
- The ideal candidate will possess:
- ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent qualification (or nearing qualification).
- 3–7 years' experience within finance, accounting or financial control.
- Experience preparing management accounts and financial reports.
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with senior leadership.
- Experience within manufacturing, construction, engineering or project-based businesses would be advantageous.
- Experience working within the UAE or international organisations would also be beneficial.

- Deliver accurate monthly reporting across the Group.
- Implement robust cashflow forecasting processes.
- Improve visibility of profitability and margin performance.
- Support the leadership team with better financial insights and decision-making.
- Establish a finance function capable of supporting international growth.
