Group Financial Accountant

Join a growing finance team and play a key role in delivering year‐end financial statements for Everywhen.

This role offers broad exposure across technical accounting, acquisition accounting, regulatory reporting and legal entity lifecycle management — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership and working with senior stakeholders.

This is a home-based role open to candidates across the UK.

While you'll primarily work remotely, you will also have the option of using our Leeds office if you would prefer a hybrid working arrangement.

Support and coordinate the year‐end process for Everywhen’s financial statements

Review statutory accounts to ensure compliance with FRS 101 and legal requirements

Work closely with external auditors and internal finance teams to meet reporting deadlines

Prepare regulatory, tax and other external submissions

Prepare quarterly reporting packs for the group finance team

Produce tax packs and supporting information for the internal tax team

Create accounting entries for acquisitions and intra‐group transfers

Oversee legal entity lifecycle activities, including strike‐offs

Provide technical accounting, regulatory and tax insight
