About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially driven professional to join our restaurant group as a **Group F&B Performance & Business Intelligence Manager**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and improving the profitability, operational performance, and business efficiency of all restaurant brands, branches, delivery platforms, and central kitchen operations through data analysis, AI tools, and business intelligence systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, food cost, labor cost, and profitability across all brands and branches.
- Monitor and optimize performance on delivery platforms such as Talabat, Snoonu, Deliveroo, Keeta, etc.
- Build dashboards, automated reports, and AI-driven business insights.
- Support menu engineering, pricing strategies, and promotion analysis.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvement actions.
- Track KPIs, branch performance, and business trends.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with operations, finance, marketing, and management teams to improve overall business performance and profitability.
Requirements
- Strong experience in F&B operations, restaurant analytics, or business intelligence.
- Experience with delivery platforms and restaurant performance analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation systems is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial mindset with strong attention to profitability and operational efficiency.
- The ideal candidate should be passionate about using numbers, technology, and AI-driven insights to support business growth and maximize restaurant profitability.
- Pay: From QAR4,500.00 per month
