The Group, Conference and Events Executive drives revenue by securing group and event bookings and supporting memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Respond to group and event enquiries, convert leads into bookings, meet sales targets, and maximize revenue.
- Upsell services and improve conversion through consistent, high-quality sales tactics.
- Manage the events calendar for optimal yield and space utilization.
- Understand client needs, build relationships and loyalty, and generate repeat and expanded business.
- Arrange and conduct hotel show rounds aligned with client expectations.
- Administer booked events accurately and hand them over smoothly for on-property delivery.
- Participate in promotional activities to increase visibility and drive group and event business.
