The Group CHRO will join the executive team and lead HR framework development across international entities in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

The role will build, standardize, and scale a unified global HR framework across multiple branches.
Key responsibilities
- Audit, design, and implement a centralized, scalable global HR operating model managed from the Business Bay headquarters.
- Standardize recruitment, vetting, and compliance pipelines for personnel moving between international source markets and operating regions.
- Deploy unified HR information systems and automated employee lifecycle management tools across international branches.
- Establish performance grading frameworks and KPIs for multi-branch sales, operations, and technology teams.
- Direct international labour compliance, legal standards, and cross-border regulatory frameworks across operating jurisdictions.
Required qualifications
- Proven executive track record leading HR across multiple international regions, including the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
- At least 10 years of HR leadership experience.
- Experience managing diverse workforces, from high-volume operational and field-service personnel to corporate and technology teams.
- Must be an immediate joiner based in Dubai or ready to relocate immediately.
- Must be a hands-on, high-ownership executive suited to a fast-paced, multi-branch entrepreneurial environment.
Compensation
- Monthly base salary is AED 10,000.
Work location
- The role is based in person at the global headquarters in Churchill Tower 1, Business Bay, Dubai.
