Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead overall strategic direction and oversee finance, operations, and commercial performance.
• Drive long-term business planning, set growth targets, and align organizational objectives with the company’s mission and values.
• Build relationships with healthcare institutions, regulators, investors, and strategic partners; ensure compliance with relevant industry and regional regulations.
• Lead senior management, foster a high-performance culture, and guide decisions on expansion, product portfolio optimization, and market positioning.

Qualifications

• Strong finance and operations management experience, including budgets, resource allocation, and organizational performance.
• Proven strategic and business planning ability, including long-term goals, growth strategies, and execution.
• Sales and commercial leadership experience, particularly in pharmaceuticals or healthcare, with a record of driving revenue and market share.
• Extensive senior leadership experience, ideally as a CEO or C-suite leader in oncology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare-related organizations.
• Advanced degree in business, finance, healthcare management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent executive qualification preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to work across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead teams across multiple locations and work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations, oncology market dynamics, and global pharmaceutical business practices is highly beneficial.
