Overview
- Lead and manage the overall financial strategy for a group of restaurants with diverse concepts
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis across all business units
- Monitor cash flow, cost controls, and profitability for each concept
- Develop and implement financial systems, controls, and reporting frameworks
- Support expansion plans, new openings, and investment decisions
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements
- Partner with operations teams to improve margins, reduce waste, and optimize performance
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and external auditors
- Provide strategic insights to the Managing Director and executive team
