Overview
We are seeking an investor-minded finance leader to work directly with the sole shareholder of a private investment holding company.
This is not a traditional reporting CFO role.
It is a leadership role focused on capital allocation, portfolio performance, governance, fundraising, and long-term shareholder value creation.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will operate across both the Holding Company and Portfolio Management layers, ensuring capital allocation decisions are directly linked to business performance, milestones, risk-adjusted returns, and long-term IRR.
This role requires balancing strategic thinking with disciplined execution across multiple portfolio companies.
What We'Re Looking Foressential Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in capital allocation, portfolio management, and value creation.
- Proven experience leading or supporting M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, due diligence, post-merger integration, and capital structuring.
- Experience executing buy-and-build and/or roll-up strategies within investor-led environments.
- Strong stakeholder management across founders, executive leadership teams, investors, boards, and portfolio companies.
- Ability to influence decisions, navigate disagreements, and manage difficult conversations constructively.
- Strong commercial understanding of B2B products and services.
- Practical experience using Generative AI tools and workflows to improve decision-making and operating effectiveness.
- Experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Family Office, or investment holding company environments is strongly preferred.

Location
- Remote, open globally.
- Preference for candidates based in Dubai or India.
- Travel as required.
- Prior experience operating across multiple legal entities, jurisdictions, or investor-led organizations is highly desirable.

- Experience working across multiple portfolio companies or business units.
- Compensation will include a meaningful performance-based component aligned to value creation, capital allocation outcomes, and shareholder returns.

Education & Professional Credentials
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university is required.
