We are seeking to appoint a Group Business Analyst to support the continued expansion and performance optimization of our hotel portfolio across Africa.

Based in Dubai, this role sits at the heart of the organization, providing critical analysis, financial insights, and decision support to senior leadership across a dynamic, multi-country platform.

Job Description

As Group Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business performance, supporting strategic initiatives, and enhancing operational efficiency across the portfolio.

You will work closely with finance, operations, and asset management teams, contributing to data-driven decision-making and supporting the group’s growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational performance across the hotel portfolio
• Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
• Provide insights on revenue performance, cost optimization, and profitability
• Partner with operations and asset management teams to identify performance improvement opportunities
• Contribute to investment analysis, feasibility studies, and new project evaluations
• Support pre-opening and integration of new assets
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in business analysis, finance, consulting, or asset management
• Experience within hospitality, real estate, or investment environments is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Srong academic background in finance, business, economics or relqted field from a recognized university or business school
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, AI or similar)
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail with a structured and rigorous approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
• Fluency in English is essential with proficiency in French a plus
