Overview
Dubai based logistics group launching new 3PL / warehousing operations across UAE/GCC.
We are hiring a hands-on accountant to clean up our historical books and build the finance foundation for go-live.
Part-time now through end of 2026, transitioning to full-time and in-house from 2027.
What You Will Do
- Analyse and summarise prior transactions into a clean financial baseline
- Set up the chart of accounts and processes for the new operation
- Create VAT compliant invoices and track payables / receivables
- Recommend and help implement a UAE localised, FTA compliant accounting system
- Support UAE VAT & Corporate Tax compliance
- What we are looking for:
- Qualified / part qualified accountant (ACCA / CPA / CA / CMA) with UAE experience
- Logistics / 3PL / trading background a strong plus
- Hands-on with UAE accounting software, tell us which you have used and which you would recommend for a 3PL
- Working knowledge of UAE VAT & Corporate Tax
- Comfortable building from scratch and working independently
- English required; Russian a plus
