Grounds Maintenance - Grounds Operative

As a Maintenance Operative onsite, you’ll be focusing on delivering and maintaining a quality standard onsite with our client.

You’ll be comfortable proactively managing your own time whilst working as part of a wider team, we are looking for someone with a positive outlook. Someone who wants to continually make difference to their and others working environment.

Key Accountabilities

Ensure all checklists are signed off as required.

Respond to incidents following the agreed procedures

Maintaining all centre public car park areas during trading hours.

Dealing with spillages.

Emptying waste bins.

Servicing entrance and exits

Maintaining designated external areas

Use of rotary and scrubber drier machinery

Skills and Experience required.

Do you have experience in a similar role desirable but not essential as full training will be provided?

Do you have strong Communication skills?

Do you hold a Driver’s License Preferred but not Essential?

Are you flexible and adaptable?
