Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Working knowledge of grounds keeping and horticultural practices
- Working knowledge of the cultivation, pruning, spraying, and trimming requirements of shrubs and trees.
- Ability to make minor repairs to lawn mowers, hoses, rakes, pruners, and sprayers
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to use and sharpen gardening tools
- Terms of Employment: 12-month work year/At Will Employee.FLSA Non-Exempt Starting Salary and/or Grade: Grade 56: ($34,413.60 - $43,459.68) Evaluation: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with the provisions of the Board and local polity on the evaluation of personnel
