Qualifications

• · Previous retail or grocery experience preferred.
• · Strong communication and customer service skills.
• · High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• · Food Handling/Safety Certification- Preferred but not required.
• · Ability to lift products and work in refrigerated/freezer environments.
• · Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• · English proficiency; Spanish is a plus!
• · Must be 18 years of age or older.
• · Able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• · Reliable transportation required
• · Non-slip shoes required for safety (not provided)
• Requirements
• Standing Endurance: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining focus and precision.
• Lifting Ability: Capability to lift and move heavy items (up to 80 lbs) safely and efficiently.
• Manual Dexterity: Skilled in both gross and fine manipulation.

• Auditory Awareness: Ability to hear and respond effectively in a bustling environment.
• Flexibility: Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and move fluidly.
• Temperature Tolerance: Comfortable working in diverse temperatures and environments, from cold coolers to hot environments.
• Ingredient Handling: Ability to work with a wide variety of fresh ingredients without allergic reactions.
• Physical Endurance: Capacity to stand for long periods, lift heavy items (up to 80 lbs), and work in a fast-paced environment.
