Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for managing vendor and merchant relationships, driving business growth, improving operational performance, and ensuring strong service quality across assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with vendors and partners.
- Drive order growth and account performance.
- Monitor and improve average basket value (ABV).
- Ensure high fulfillment and operational efficiency.
- Reduce NCR and operational issues.
- Conduct account reviews and performance discussions.
- Support customer experience improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams.
- Identify upselling and growth opportunities.
- Ensure vendor compliance with platform standards.

Requirements
