We are looking for a skilled Barbecue Man to prepare and cook barbecue dishes with high quality and consistency.
The ideal candidate should have experience in grilling meats and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare and grill barbecue items according to recipes and standards
Operate barbecue grills and equipment safely
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation
Maintain cleanliness of the barbecue and kitchen area
Requirements
Previous experience in barbecue or grilling
Knowledge of meat preparation and grilling techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety
