- Commonly found in hotels, resorts, and hospitals, GREs greet guests, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with different departments to provide exceptional, personalized service. [1, 2, 3]Core Responsibilities
- **Guest Services:** Manage the reception desk, oversee VIP check-ins and check-outs, and allocate rooms.
- **Issue Resolution:** Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, going the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.
- **Information & Concierge:** Provide detailed information about amenities, hotel facilities, and local attractions to guests.
- **Personalization:** Anticipate guest needs, maintain profiles regarding their preferences (likes/dislikes), and arrange special amenities.
- **Interdepartmental Coordination:** Liaise closely with departments like Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Front Office to ensure seamless service.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback during check-out to identify areas for service improvement and promote loyalty programs. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
- Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
