GRC Technology Consultant

About This Role

We are looking for a GRC Implementation Consultant to join a Cyber Defense consulting team on a 12-month contract in Abu Dhabi. This is a hands-on, technical role focused on configuring and customizing enterprise GRC platforms, with a strong emphasis on RSA Archer and/or ServiceNow IRM.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end configuration of GRC platforms (Archer / ServiceNow IRM) across modules such as ERM, ITRM, OTRM, BCM, ICOFR, TPRM, Audit Management, and Compliance
• Develop advanced workflows, calculated fields, and data models
• Configure Data Feeds and Data Driven Events (DDEs)
• Build reporting dashboards and implement mail-merge automation
• Support out-of-the-box integrations and platform customizations
• Translate business requirements into technical documentation (BRD, HLD, LLD)
• Support system testing, UAT, deployment, and troubleshooting

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in eGRC / IRM implementations
• At least 2 full-cycle implementations using RSA Archer and/or ServiceNow IRM
• Strong hands-on experience with workflows, integrations, and platform configuration
• Experience integrating with ITSM, CMDB, IAM, SIEM, or vulnerability management tools is an advantage
• Familiarity with API and batch-based integrations

Preferred Qualifications

• RSA Archer or ServiceNow certifications
• Additional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
