About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer
with experience in the events industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visual content for events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns, including digital and print materials, screen content, and multimedia assets.
The candidate should be proficient in graphic design, video editing, and modern AI design tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative visuals for events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns
- Create screen content for LED walls, stage backdrops, and event presentations
- Develop branding materials such as banners, brochures, social media graphics, and event collaterals
- Edit videos and produce motion graphics for promotional and on-site event use
- Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced events environment
- Utilize AI design tools to enhance productivity and creativity
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in events, exhibitions, or media production
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro
- Video editing software
- AI design suites (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.)
- Experience in
- screen content creation for events
- is highly preferred
- Strong creative, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Portfolio showcasing previous event-related design work is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in events, entertainment, or marketing agencies
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation
- Understanding of large-format printing and event production requirements
