المهام والوصف الوظيفي:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across major digital platforms.
- Create, edit, and design marketing materials for real estate projects.
- Prepare social media content, campaign visuals, and promotional assets.
- Support lead generation activities and property marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate branding and marketing execution for projects and listings.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with sales and management teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- الشروط والمهارات:
- NATIVE ARABIC SPEAKERS ONLY (because the whole work is only in Arabic language)
- Experience working in the real estate sector
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, and other relevant channels
- Good graphic design skills using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar
- Ability to create engaging marketing content and visuals
- Understanding of real estate marketing trends and customer behaviour
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work across different marketing areas
- Self-driven, flexible, and solution-oriented
- 3+ Years’ experience
- Resident in Riyadh
