Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across major digital platforms.
• Create, edit, and design marketing materials for real estate projects.
• Prepare social media content, campaign visuals, and promotional assets.
• Support lead generation activities and property marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate branding and marketing execution for projects and listings.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with sales and management teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• الشروط والمهارات:
• NATIVE ARABIC SPEAKERS ONLY (because the whole work is only in Arabic language)
• Experience working in the real estate sector
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, and other relevant channels
• Good graphic design skills using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar
• Ability to create engaging marketing content and visuals
• Understanding of real estate marketing trends and customer behaviour
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work across different marketing areas
• Self-driven, flexible, and solution-oriented
• 3+ Years’ experience
• Resident in Riyadh
