Graphic & Motion Designer – Spanish Speaker Required (Must be in Dubai)

About the Role

Graphic Design

• Design social media content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.
• Create paid ad creatives for Meta Ads, Snapchat, and TikTok campaigns.
• Design menus, table tents, in-restaurant signage, and printed materials.
• Develop branded templates and visual systems for each restaurant concept.
• Adapt master campaigns into multiple formats (Stories, Reels covers, posts, banners).

Motion Graphics

• Animate logos, openers, lower-thirds, and brand transitions.
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) with text overlays and motion design.
• Create animated promo videos for new menu launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Produce simple 2D animations for digital ads and in-restaurant screens.

Collaboration

• Work directly with the Marketing Director and content team.
• Translate creative briefs into polished, on-brand visuals quickly.
• Iterate based on feedback while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different concepts.

Requirements

• **Languages:** **Fluent Spanish and fluent English are both required.** This is non-negotiable.
• **Experience:** Previous experience as a Graphic Designer with motion graphics skills. Portfolio is mandatory.

• Figma
• Midjourney or other AI image tools
• **Design Skills:** Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and brand identity systems.
• **Motion Skills:** Ability to animate, edit, and create short-form video content for social media.
• **Speed:** Comfortable producing high-quality work under tight deadlines and multiple briefs per day.
• **Profile:** Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• **Availability:** Must be ready to **join immediately**.
• **Location:** **Must already be based in Dubai. UAE residency required.**

Schedule & Location

• **Work Hours:** 9 hours shift + 1 hour break.
• **Work Days:** 6 days per week.
• **Location:** Dubai (in-office, possible visits to restaurant locations for content production).
