Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in graphics installation, sign installation, vinyl application, or related field
- Strong understanding of sign production, fabrication, and installation methods
- Ability to safely operate basic installation tools and equipment
- Experience with large-format graphics, vehicle wraps, and commercial signage installation strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service and on-site communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to installation quality and precision
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel for regional and out-of-state installation projects
