We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our growing Customer Experience team. Reporting to the Graphics Manager, this role plays a key part in developing and delivering high-impact creative campaigns that bring the DECJUBA brand DNA to life across all customer touchpoints.

You will take ownership of design projects end-to-end, contribute creatively to campaign concepts, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver work that is both commercially effective and visually compelling.

2–4 years experience in a graphic or digital design role, ideally within retail, fashion or lifestyle brands

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)

Strong creative thinking skills with a sharp eye for detail and visual consistency

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro

Strong proficiency in video editing

Strong proficiency in Figma and digital design workflows

Strong understanding of branding and a passion for fashion and retail marketing

Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple deadlines

Agile, solution-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to change

Confident communicator with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, best practice and emerging creative tools
