Graphic Designer

About This Role

The Graphic Designer / Creative Content Specialist is responsible for creating visually compelling and high-quality designs that reflect Company’s brand identity across all platforms. This role focuses on developing creative assets for social media, campaigns, and community events, ensuring consistency, creativity, and cultural relevance in all outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Content Creation

• Design engaging and high-quality visuals for social media posts, stories, and campaigns.
• Develop creative assets that effectively communicate Dubai’s initiatives and community messages in a clear, engaging, and visually compelling manner.
• Create short Animation videos

Branding & Identity

• Maintain and apply Dubai’s company visual identity consistently across all platforms and materials.
• Ensure consistency in colors, typography, layouts, and overall brand look & feel.

Event & Campaign Design

• Design all creative materials for events (on-ground and digital), including signage, banners, invitations, and branding elements.
• Support large-scale campaigns with full visual direction and execution.

Print & Marketing Materials

• Create and prepare print-ready designs for marketing and promotional materials.
• Develop illustrations, layouts, and branded assets for both digital and physical use.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with the Social Media team, PR and Marketing teams to support campaign objectives.

Creative Development

• Contribute ideas and concepts for campaigns and activations.
• Stay updated with design trends and adapt them to the brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Candidate must possess an Emirati Family Book.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic knowledge of motion/video tools
• Strong understanding of branding and social media design
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Salary: AED 12000/Month
