About the Role
Aetram Finserv LLC is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to support the firm's marketing and business development initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong visual storytelling abilities and the capability to simplify complex financial concepts into engaging and compliant marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
- Develop webinar posters, event branding materials, brochures, flyers, and corporate presentations.
- Create infographics related to financial markets, investment products, economic events, and market outlooks.
- Design exhibition and promotional materials including standees, banners, and booth graphics.
- Collaborate with the DOP and video team to create thumbnails, reel covers, and motion graphics assets.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with applicable regulatory and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain consistency of the Aetram Finserv brand identity across all channels.
- Work closely with sales, business development, and product teams to support campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Deliver time-sensitive creatives for market events and promotional activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in graphic design.
- Experience within financial services, fintech, brokerage, banking, or investment industries is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After-Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Experience using Canva Pro and Figma.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is desirable.
