Graphic Designer

We are currently looking for a talented and creative

graphic designer

who brings both a strong sense of aesthetics and a sharp eye for detail.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and able to translate ideas into visually engaging designs.

Overview of long-term projects, seasonal events, and current tasks

Prioritization and coordination of tasks within the team

Ensuring high-quality results, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines

The main responsibilities of the graphic design department include:

Creation of new product designs, including logo design (labels/packaging/product inserts)

Adjustments and optimization of existing labels, packaging, and product inserts

Design of print materials, such as flyers

Creation of mockups, including preparation of product images (e.g. for online shop, Amazon)

Digital image editing / retouching / photo montage

Supporting the marketing team in achieving communication goals

Cross-channel design of advertising graphics for our social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest)

Design of promotional graphics for the shop, newsletter, Google Ads, Turbo, etc.

Co-development and implementation of our corporate design

Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design (optional), Visual Communication, or a related field

Excellent proficiency in common graphic design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

Ideally, professional experience in a similar role (a combination of creative graphic work and the commercial/operational management of a department)

Hands-on mentality with the ability to maintain and continuously improve the processes and workflows of the graphics department at a creative and future-ready level

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team spirit, and a high degree of creativity
