About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and advertisements
- Create visually appealing content aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns and promotions
- Develop real estate project presentations and branding materials
- Edit photos and videos for digital campaigns
- Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Stay updated with design trends, especially in real estate marketing
Requirements:
- Real estate experience highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Experience in social media creatives and digital marketing assets
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional work
- High attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
