Graphic Designer / Digital Marketing Specialist
About This Role
Are you passionate about creative design and digital marketing? Do you want to play a key role in promoting a trusted medical facility's brand and services? Our Company is looking for a Graphic Designer / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and take our marketing efforts to the next level.
This role combines your expertise in graphic design with innovative digital marketing strategies to help us build and maintain a strong online presence, attract new patients, and engage with our community.
What You'll Do:
- Design & Branding: Develop eye-catching visual content, including social media posts, website graphics, flyers, brochures, banners, and email campaigns, to effectively represent our brand.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Manage and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing to increase patient engagement and attract new business.
- SEO & Analytics: Optimize content for search engines and track the performance of campaigns to ensure maximum reach and ROI.
- Content Creation & Management: Produce high-quality, informative content related to healthcare services, promotions, and patient success stories to drive engagement.
- Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with the marketing team to continuously refine our strategies, messaging, and design, keeping our marketing efforts fresh and aligned with our goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Creative Talent: Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Canva.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience with SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and analytics tools.
- Effective Communication: Ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences and platforms.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare industry.
- Experience: Previous experience in design and marketing, preferably with exposure to healthcare or medical industries.
