Graphic Designer & Creative Content Specialist

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Create graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Design posts, stories, reels covers, banners, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Edit short-form videos and reels for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Use AI tools for image generation, photo creation, editing, enhancement, and visual concepts.
• Plan weekly or monthly social media calendars and develop creative concepts and campaigns.
• Take and edit photos and videos for businesses, products, team members, events, and social media.
• Organize creative assets and maintain consistent brand identity across platforms.
• Work with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into visual content.
• Track AI, social media, design, and content-format trends.
• Support scheduling, captions, hashtags, and basic community engagement when required.

Required qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar video-editing tools.
• Experience using AI image-generation and creative AI tools.
• Good photography and basic videography skills.
• Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create original content from scratch and manage multiple projects to deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, photography, AI-generated content, and social media work is mandatory.

Preferred qualifications

• Two or more years of experience is preferred.
• Experience with a digital marketing agency or team, UAE businesses, Canva, Figma, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or other creative AI tools is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, or social media marketing is preferred.

Pay

• Pay is AED 1,700 to AED 6,900 per month.

Workplace and employment

• Employment type is full-time.
• Work location is in person in Dubai.
