Role Description
We are seeking a talented, agile, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our team remotely in Dubai.
As a Graphic Designer at MODS_tudio, you will be the creative engine driving visual assets for a diverse portfolio of scaling brands.
Because our business model thrives on eliminating friction and delivering fast, premium results, you will need to be someone who is not only a brilliant visual storyteller but also highly organized, efficient, and reliable.
You will work closely with leadership to turn complex client briefs into stunning, strategic design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- **Brand & Identity Visualisation:**
- Develop and scale cohesive brand identities, logos, brand guidelines, and visual systems for clients across various industries.
- **Digital & Social Media Design:**
- Create high-converting digital ads, engaging social media carousels, stories, and static graphics that align with current platform trends.
- **Pitch Decks & Presentations:**
- Structure and design visually compelling, high-stakes pitch decks and presentations that effectively communicate corporate and creative narratives.
- **Motion Graphics & Production:**
- Execute basic to intermediate motion graphics and animation for digital use, and prepare flawless, print-ready production files for physical assets.
- **Workflow Efficiency:**
- Maintain structured design files, adhere strictly to project deadlines, and actively contribute to our fast, transparent creative pipeline.
Requirements & Qualifications
- **Experience:**
- Strong understanding of the essentials of graphic design, ideally within a fast-paced creative agency, studio, or high-growth startup environment.
- **Location:**
- As this is a remote job, have no issue wherever you are, but for sure having stable Internet connection, and a proper setup to handle meeting and tasks is a must.
- **Technical Skillset:**
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Working knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion design is a big plus.
- **Portfolio:**
- A stellar digital portfolio demonstrating a wide range of work, including identity design, ad creatives, pitch decks, and a clean, modern aesthetic.
- **Core Traits:**
- Exceptional communication skills (no "tech-babble" or creative fluff), a high level of accountability, and the ability to handle multiple brand aesthetics seamlessly.
