**Location:** Khalidiya, Abu Dhabi
Nadia Neon Advertising L.L.C is looking for a creative and organized **Receptionist cum Graphic Designer** to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate should be able to manage front desk responsibilities while also supporting the design and advertising department with creative artwork and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle reception duties, calls, and client greetings professionally
- Manage emails, client inquiries, and follow-ups
- Create creative designs for signage, branding, printing, and social media
- Prepare artwork files for production and printing
- Coordinate with clients regarding design approvals and revisions
- Maintain organized company documents and records
- Support office administration and daily coordination tasks
Requirements
- Must have own visa
- Experience in graphic designing and reception/admin work preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design software
- Knowledge of signage and advertising industry is an advantage
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
