PERCH Brands Pvt. Ltd. is a homegrown D2C menswear brand focused on premium smart-casual apparel.
The role creates visual communication across digital and brand touchpoints, combining graphic design with AI-assisted creative work.
Key responsibilities
- Develop creatives for social media, websites, campaigns, product launches, and digital marketing.
- Design social posts, Reels covers, Stories, website banners, campaign creatives, emailers, and other digital assets.
- Translate brand concepts and briefs into visual executions, maintaining consistent typography, composition, and brand aesthetic.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, social media, and photography teams; adapt creatives to platform formats.
- Create AI-assisted concepts and campaign assets; use AI for ideation, image generation, background work, visual exploration, and enhancement.
- Combine AI-generated assets with real product photography while preserving product accuracy and visual consistency.
- Explore AI workflows to improve speed, quality, and production efficiency; assist with photoshoot concepts, moodboards, and visual direction.
- Retouch product and lifestyle imagery when needed and produce variations for performance marketing and social testing.
- Ensure final creative work is polished, commercially usable, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Required skills and experience
- 2–4 years of graphic design experience; fashion, lifestyle, D2C, or consumer brand experience is preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and brand creatives.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools and the ability to write prompts and refine outputs into production-ready assets.
- Strong understanding of AI image generation, image manipulation, creative compositing, layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Good understanding of social media and digital-first design formats.
- Attention to product accuracy, including proportions, colours, fabrics, and garment details.
- Ability to manage multiple briefs and meet timelines.
Pay
- ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month.
