Partner with corporate marketing and hotel teams across 37 properties to interpret design briefs, manage timelines, and set expectations.
Coordinate directly with premium print vendors to select finishes, paper stocks, and sign off on printer proofs for flawless physical output.
Analyse digital asset performance alongside marketing teams to optimize designs for UX/UI, email campaigns, and online advertising.
Proven experience as a Senior, Lead, or high-performing Mid-Weight Graphic Designer, ideally within hospitality, premium travel, luxury lifestyle brands, or a creative agency handling hospitality clients.
A strong portfolio showing a versatile range of styles, specifically demonstrating the ability to design for both a modern aesthetic (Malmaison style) and a classic aesthetic (Hotel du Vin style).

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other animation tools to create engaging social video content.
Experience setting up user-friendly templates on platforms like Canva, Figma, or centralised DAM systems for non-designer team use.
Meticulous approach to document setup, grid layouts, typographic hierarchy, colour profiling (CMYK vs. RGB), and print-ready exporting.
A self-motivated starter who is comfortable working as the sole in-house designer, with the maturity to structure their own schedule, drive projects forward, and make key creative decisions.
Ability to present design concepts confidently to executive leadership and negotiate respectfully but firmly with 37 distinct property teams to prevent project bottlenecks.
Understanding of how design drives business results, whether that is elevating food and beverage revenues through beautiful menu design or driving direct hotel bookings via high-impact digital ads.
Excellent project-management skills; capable of keeping multiple plates spinning without dropping the details or sacrificing quality.
