The role
The designer owns day-to-day visual output across social channels and internal communications.
The role turns rough ideas into finished assets using a defined brand system and builds templates to help the team work faster.
Responsibilities
- Create platform-specific social posts, carousels, thread visuals, announcements, giveaways, and campaign creative for X, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain reusable post templates and a Figma component library.
- Apply and protect brand colors, typography, logo rules, and mascot usage; document new brand rules as the brand grows.
- Create meme templates, sticker and emoji packs, and mascot variations for the community.
- Design presentations, reports, one-pagers, and internal documents in dark and light themes, often in English and Chinese.
- Work with the video team on thumbnails, cover images, and video graphics, and support other departments with visual needs.
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of graphic design experience and a portfolio showing social media and brand work; live links are preferred over mockups.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong typography, layout, and grid discipline; able to deliver same-day social assets without sacrificing quality.
- Able to work from a brief, ask the right questions, and take ownership without step-by-step direction.
- Organized file handling, including naming, versioning, export specifications, and shareable source files.
Preferred experience
- Crypto or Web3 design experience, or familiarity with Crypto Twitter's visual language, memes, and tone, is a strong plus.
- Basic motion design with After Effects, Jitter, or similar tools is a strong plus.
- Experience using 3D or AI image tools is a strong plus.
- Comfort with Chinese or Arabic typography is a strong plus.
First 90 days
Deliver a complete, documented Figma social template kit used by the team.
Maintain consistent brand quality across channels with no off-brand posts.
Deliver daily social assets on time through a clear request-and-delivery workflow.
