Role overview

Responsibilities

• Create graphics, banners, social media creatives, promotional materials, and content for digital platforms and email campaigns.
• Produce brochures, flyers, presentations, infographics, and company profiles.
• Explain products, features, and services through clear visual content.
• Work with Marketing, Product, Sales, and HR teams to understand design briefs.
• Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, fonts, colors, layouts, and visual identity.
• Create UI/UX-related graphics, icons, illustrations, and visual elements as needed.
• Design graphics for product demos, announcements, events, campaigns, and internal communications.
• Edit images and basic video content or reels; manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Skills and qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other design tools.
• Good understanding of typography, color combinations, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and ability to turn briefs into effective designs.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic video editing or motion graphics knowledge is an advantage.

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• One to three years of relevant experience; freshers with a strong portfolio and relevant skills may also be considered.

Work arrangement

• The role is full time and work is in person in Borivali West, Mumbai.
• The stated work schedule is Monday to Saturday.

Compensation

• The posted pay range is ₹18,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
