Graphic Design Specialist
Role Overview
The Graphic Design Specialist is a newly created role within AWC’s growing Marketing team, with a primary focus on graphic design and visual brand development.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will create high-quality visual content for proposals, presentations, marketing campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and company communications.
In addition to graphic design, this role will support AWC’s photography and video efforts, capturing the people, projects, and culture that make our company unique.
This position works primarily in the office, with time spent on jobsites and at events as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with WordPress, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and/or After Effects
- Experience supporting proposals, presentations, or business development efforts
- Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry is a plus

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, with additional experience in digital/web content, photography, and video production
- A professional portfolio showcasing a minimum of 10 completed projects, with an emphasis on graphic design, branding, layout, and visual communications
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- A self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Professional, team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills
