Northstar Creatives is a premium content and marketing agency working with ambitious brands across the UAE and international markets. As we continue to evolve, we are building a dedicated AI-powered creative capability within the business.

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Creative Designer who combines strong graphic design fundamentals with advanced expertise in AI-driven content creation. This is a key role that will help shape how we integrate AI into our creative and marketing output.

The Role

You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content using both traditional design tools and advanced AI workflows. Beyond execution, you will play a key role in developing and evolving our AI creative processes, helping the agency stay ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-end visual content for social media, ad campaigns, and brand assets
• Work with our Social Media Account Manager to deliver graphics and AI assets for our existing clients
• Leverage AI tools to produce innovative, high-quality creative outputs at scale
• Develop and refine AI-driven design workflows and prompt systems
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver performance-focused creative
• Translate brand strategy into visually compelling, on-brand assets
• Continuously explore new AI tools, trends, and capabilities to improve output and efficiency
• Contribute to building Northstar’s AI content team.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Advanced experience using AI tools such as Midjourney, open-ai, nano banana, DALL·E, Runway, Stable Diffusion, etc. Any other tools that will deliver exceptional standard of images and videos.
• Proven ability to create high-quality, commercially viable AI-generated content
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
• Experience creating content for social media and digital campaigns
• Ability to build and refine prompt systems and AI workflows
• Strong attention to detail and creative direction
