Graphic and Web Designer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually appealing, responsive, user-friendly website layouts.
• Create website designs, landing pages, banners, and other digital assets.
• Convert design concepts into responsive web pages using HTML and CSS.
• Optimize websites for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with developers, digital marketing teams, and other stakeholders to deliver designs to requirements.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, spacing, and overall visual design.
• Improve existing website designs based on usability, performance, and user experience requirements.
• Create and edit graphics, icons, banners, and other visual elements as needed.
• Stay updated with web design, UI/UX, and digital design trends.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and web design standards.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of JavaScript.
• A good eye for design, typography, color combinations, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to turn creative concepts into practical web designs.

Experience and preferred qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant web design experience is requested; the experience section specifies 2 years as required.
• The experience section lists 2 years each of graphic design and responsive web design as required.
• Graphic design, social media creatives, website banners, and marketing materials are also described as added advantages.
• WordPress or other CMS experience is an added advantage.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• The preferred candidate is creative, visually strong, collaborative, and able to manage multiple design tasks and deadlines.

Pay and benefits

• Pay is ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month.
• Provident Fund is offered.

Location and work arrangement

• The role is in person in Mohali, Punjab.
• Reliable commuting or plans to relocate before starting are required.
