Responsibilities

• Support daily business operations and assist with administrative and operational tasks across teams.
• Collect, analyze, and organize business data to support reporting and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and performance updates.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance business efficiency and growth.
• Available to work full-time.
• Recently graduated with a degree in Business, account, finance, marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; skilled in Microsoft Excel with familiarity in basic data analytics (e.g., forecasting, dashboards).
• Team player with high learning agility, results orientation, and strong data literacy.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to turn ideas into action.
