What you'll do

• Own design, development, and deployment of AI-powered features using LLMs and modern machine learning frameworks.
• Collaborate across data, software engineering, and product to scale prototype models into features.
• Build and optimize data pipelines, prompt workflows, and model integrations for AI assistants and automation tools.
• Set goals, metrics, and roadmaps and guide AI product strategy toward measurable outcomes.

What you'll need

• Predicted or achieved first-class degree or equivalent, and a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant STEM or technical field.
• Graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027; proficient in Python, SQL, or another programming language.
• Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning frameworks, and modern NLP or LLM techniques.
• Hands-on experience building and evaluating ML or AI models, through projects, research, internships, open-source work, or competitions.
• Strong mathematics, statistics, and problem-solving skills; full-time availability from early or late 2027.
• Able to travel to an office in the country of employment and attend at least three office days per week.

Nice to have

• Product-related work experience is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial or startup experience is a plus.

Location and work arrangement

• Applicants may relocate to a tech hub in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK.
• The role expects around three office days per week where role and location allow; the description calls it a hybrid role.
• Visa assistance, travel costs, and accommodation may be supported subject to conditions.

Key dates

• Recruitment process runs July–December 2026.
• Programme starts in March or September 2027; candidates may state a preferred intake.

Compensation

• Krakow and Poland listings state PLN 24,600 gross monthly.
• Compensation for other locations will be discussed during interviews; final compensation depends on qualifications, skills, and experience.
