Graduate Procurement Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Gather, review, and validate supplier contracts and supporting documentation.
• Maintain contract repository records and track renewal dates.
• Prepare procurement reports, contract updates, and management information.
• Support contract consolidation into the central procurement process.
• Identify supplier contract rationalisation and expenditure reduction opportunities.
• Analyse supplier and contract data to support cost savings and OPEX reduction.
• Support governance, compliance, and due diligence processes.
• Build stakeholder relationships and assist with supplier reviews, renewals, and negotiations.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a strong academic record and technology interest, or an early-career professional with relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a 2:1 or above is ideal.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tooling; able to manage priorities and work independently.

Desirable experience

• Interest in AI, commercial management, procurement, or contract administration is desirable.
• Experience with data, reporting tools, or business systems is desirable.
• Knowledge of procurement or contract management practices is desirable.
