Graduate Officer – Retail Banking Group - Emirati Talent

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day branch operations, including account opening, cash handling, and transaction processing.
• Support customer service activities by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
• Help promote retail banking products and services to customers, contributing to sales and business growth targets.
• Assist in maintaining accurate customer records and documentation in compliance with banking regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in branch projects such as product launches, process improvements, and customer outreach programs.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
• Support in preparing reports on branch performance and customer feedback.
• Stay updated on retail banking trends, products, and technologies to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in in any discipline.

• Familiarity with banking software and digital banking platforms.
