The AI and Software Engineering track is a full-time role for graduates interested in AI, software engineering, and business.

Participants will contribute to the evolution of Alli, PMG's cloud-based suite of AI-powered tools for marketers.
Program Responsibilities
- Complete an eight-week immersive training program focused on digital marketing, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Develop software solutions and engineer scalable systems.
- Collaborate with AI and software engineers through peer programming and other team activities.
- Help build and lead AI agents.
- Use data and technology to support advertising delivery and insights for major brands.
Qualifications
- Complete a bachelor's or master's degree between Summer 2026 and Fall 2026 in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- Have internships or relevant work experience demonstrating problem-solving and technical capabilities.
- Demonstrate a passion for learning new technologies and curiosity about digital marketing.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or Node.js is beneficial.
- Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, or LangChain is beneficial.
Work Location
- The role is associated with PMG's Dallas office in Uptown Dallas.
