We are seeking a motivated and technically strong
Graduate Icts Engineer
to join our ICT/ELV engineering
site supervision
team.
In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers and contractors to ensure that all ICT systems are installed, tested, and delivered in compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements. across various projects.
This position is ideal for a recent graduate passionate about emerging technologies, systems integration, and providing innovative solutions within fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments.
Your Role
- Review of materials for suitability and compliance
- Review of design drawings, shop drawings, and method statements
- Site supervision and quality control of ICT/ELV installations
- Verification and closure of WIRs, NCRs, and snag lists
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards
- Support in testing, commissioning, and system handover
- Continuous project monitoring and coordination with contractors and stakeholders
- Site supervision of ICT/ELV systems such as structured cabling, CCTV, access control, network infrastructure, audio‑visual systems, and telecommunications.
- Contribute to project planning, coordination, and execution under guidance from senior engineers.
- Participate in site inspections, surveys, and audits as required.
- Assist with reviewing vendor proposals, equipment specifications, and compliance checks.
- Assist in testing & commissioning (T&C) activities and verify system performance
- Maintain accurate records of configurations, test results, and change logs.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams including IT, security, contractors, and consultants.
- Provide support to end‑users and internal stakeholders where needed.
- Ensure all ICTS solutions align with company standards, industry best practices, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors and multidisciplinary teams to resolve site issues
- Support verification of as-built drawings and final documentation
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Basic understanding of ICT/ELV systems and network fundamentals (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, routing/switching). Familiarity with ICT standards (e.g., TIA/EIA, BICSI, ISO) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of structured cabling systems, data networks, or security/AV systems.
- Proficiency with MS Office; exposure to AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.
- Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks with attention to detail.
