AECOM ADVANCE program

Graduates joining the business in a Graduate role and engaging in all elements of the ADVANCE program.

The program is designed to introduce and build essential business and personal skills, helping to enhance the transition from student to professional.

Graduates are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within the field they are joining at Graduate entry level.

The ADVANCE program lasts approx. 24 months but the successful completion of the program is only to be used as an indicator for strong performance in line with other indicators (strong or above performance rating etc.).

We are seeking a Graduate ICT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects across the GCC.

The role is suited for a recent graduate who is eager to learn and build a career in ICT and Technology infrastructure design.

The candidate will work under the guidance of senior engineers, contributing to the preparation of design drawings, documentation, and coordination activities related to ICT civil infrastructure and site-wide connectivity systems.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience, develop technical skills, and understand industry standards and regulatory requirements.
