Role Description
We are seeking a motivated
Graduate Engineer Trainee (Emirati)
- to join our team in Dubai.
- This role is part of our structured graduate development program, designed to provide hands-on experience across
- technical sales, marketing, and business operations
- within an international industrial environment.
- The trainee will gain exposure to:
- Industrial connectivity and automation solutions
- Customer engagement and technical solution support
- Marketing and product positioning strategies
- Real-world engineering applications in key industries
- This program aims to equip graduates with both
- technical expertise and commercial understanding

Key Responsibilities
- Support the technical sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and customer presentations
- Assist in product selection and application engineering for customer requirements
- Contribute to marketing activities such as campaigns, events, and customer engagement initiatives
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and internal presentations
- Participate in client meetings, training sessions, and site visits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, and operations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
Electrical Or Electronics Engineering
- (or related field)
- **UAE National (Emirati)**
- with a valid family book
- 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles
- Interest in
- industrial automation, IoT, and digitalization
- Strong willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
