Job Description
The Graduate Engineer Trainee supports global Building Automation System projects under the direction of managers and supervisors.
The role includes training, workshops, assigned engineering tasks, process adherence, quality standards, and timely delivery.
What You Will Do
- Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor for Building Automation System global projects.
- Handle responsibilities delegated by the manager or supervisor.
- Attend assigned training and workshops and complete assignments on time.
- Follow processes, maintain quality standards, and support on-time delivery for customer satisfaction.
How You Will Do It
- Complete design and application engineering tasks for HVAC Building Management Systems.
- Prepare project execution plans in coordination with senior team members.
- Ensure quality assurance and defect-free hardware and software package delivery.
- Follow processes and guidelines to execute projects within the required timeline.
- Attend meetings and workshops.
- The probation period is 12 months.
Required Qualifications
- B.E. or B.Tech. in Instrumentation, Instrumentation and Control, Electronics and Instrumentation, or Electrical engineering.
- Graduation passing year must be 2026.
- SSC, HSC, and graduation marks must be at least 55%.
- Good observation skills and willingness to learn are required.
- The candidate must be able to work in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good communication skills are preferred.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills are preferred.
