Role overview

E-commerce performance and analysis

• Monitor DTC traffic, conversion funnels, revenue and average order value.
• Build performance reports and turn data into actionable insights.
• Analyse the site to find customer-journey and conversion improvements.
• Support A/B tests and document findings.

On-site management

• Update THG Ingenuity and Shopify sites, including product uploads, content, promotions and navigation.
• Optimise banners, imagery and promotional assets; maintain product, category and landing-page accuracy.
• Test and obtain sign-off for changes before launch.
• Support campaign and site-takeover activity against the trading calendar.

CRM and email delivery

• Build, test and schedule campaigns in THG Personify according to the CRM calendar.
• QA emails across devices and clients and ensure correct segmentation before deployment.
• Support list management, audience segmentation and CRM reporting; flag performance trends and anomalies.

Client ticket management

• Triage, respond to and resolve self-serve client tickets within agreed SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues and maintain clear records of ticket activity and resolutions.

What the employer is looking for

• Suitable for a graduate or someone taking a first step into e-commerce.
• Comfortable with trading activity and marketing across paid and organic channels.
• Data-literate and analytically confident, with GA4 experience.
• Experience with THG Ingenuity’s e-commerce and CRM platforms or comparable tools is ideal.
• Excellent communicator with proven client or stakeholder relationship experience.
• A natural problem-solver who can work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
